What you buy

ViperAds sells one thing: a pack of 50 AI-generated static ads for one product, for a one-time payment of $29 (USD). There is no subscription, and you are never charged again unless you choose to buy another pack.

Before you pay, you see three real previews from your pack for free. They are made the same way as the rest of the pack, so please look at them before you buy.

If something goes wrong with your pack

If your pack fails to generate, arrives incomplete, or is clearly broken (for example, ads that are blank or corrupted, that show the wrong product, or that state something inaccurate about your product), email us at hello@viperads.ai within 14 days of your purchase. We will regenerate the affected ads at no cost, or, if we can't fix the problem, refund your payment in full.

Please review every ad before running it (see our Terms).

If your pack is delayed by a problem on our side, it keeps generating automatically. You don't need to do anything, and you won't lose what you paid for.

If you were charged more than once for the same pack, we refund the extra charges.

All other sales are final

Each pack is digital and is created for you as soon as you pay, so all sales are final once your ads have been delivered. We don't offer refunds for a change of mind, for creative preferences (for example, liking some ad directions more than others), or for how the ads perform in your campaigns.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. They usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
